FORTUNE TURNING WITH TIME
The glass hydrangea, through meticulous
hand-carving and polishing, can rotate
continuously at 360 degrees, creating
interlacing light and shadows that sparkle
brilliantly, embodying the auspicious
meaning of “fortune turning with time”.
THE JUBILANT LION
The classic Eastern image of the auspicious
lion, crafted through twelve meticulous
steps of Pâte-de-verre, is hand-engraved
with care, featuring a broad nose, round
eyes, and curly mane. With colorful ribbons
in its mouth, it stands majestic and imposing,
bringing wisdom and strength to the world.
The glass hydrangea hangs at the center
of the openwork ruyi window, guarded by
twin lions on either side. It symbolizes
enduring peace and joy, the auspicious
reception of blessings, with the splendid
flow of brocade-like light, forever in company.
From point to line, and from line to a
three-dimensional round sculpture, the
fluttering ribbons and the lively auspicious
lion are intricately combined, presenting
the viewer with 'good fortune,' as a lively
and joyous atmosphere is about to burst forth.
